Francisco and Tutoring

Some time ago I asked about seeing if Francisco could get a tutor to help him with his school work, since he is repeating the second grade. The report came back and says that Francisco's mother doesn't help the children with their studies and that the children currently rely on a neighbor to help them do their homework. To hire a tutor to help Francisco with his homework would be $58/month with includes homework support, transportation, and monthly reports.
